What is the difference between views and visits in Etsy shop stats. Both of these are important metrics of your Etsy shop, and understanding them can help you improve your shop sales potentially. For example, a high number of views with relatively few visits might suggest that your listings are getting exposure but aren't enticing enough for customers to explore further. You can theoretically use it whenever you need to take a break. But should you? If you care about your shop performance, it may be better to think twice - but what are the alternatives? While Vacation Mode may seem like a convenient way to pause your shop when you’re unavailable, it can have a significant impact on your shop’s visibility. When you activate Vacation Mode, your listings are temporarily hidden from Etsy search results, which can result in a drop in traffic and momentum. After reopening, it can take time for your shop to regain the visibility and search rankings it had before, which might affect your sales in the long run.
